Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

• Domestic: 
• Express Shipment Rs.300/-  
• Standard shipping is free across India

• International: Charges vary by destination and weight. Displayed during checkout. 

Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email/SMS.

Return Policy

Eligible for Returns:

• You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
• Returns are not accepted if the product is used on baby or pull the tag especially for TempWatch 1x

Damaged or Defective Products:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the product is damaged or incorrect.
• Include your order number, a brief description, and images or videos of the issue.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping:

• If it's our error (wrong/damaged item): We cover return shipping.
• If returning for personal reasons (change of mind): Return shipping will be borne by the customer.
